OWN CONSTRUCTIONS · COMMERCIAL CONTRACTOR

While the city sleeps, we build.

Steel at midnight. Glass by four.

Night crews keep the date nobody else would sign.

Fixed price. Fixed date. In writing.

The quote you sign is the invoice you pay.

FROM BARE GROUND TO OPENING DAY

Your building, delivered.

Ground-up commercial construction. One contract, one crew, one opening day you can plan around.

THE PROMISE

One price. One date. In writing.

Most contractors bid low and bill the difference later. We do the opposite. Every OWN contract fixes the price and the handover date before we break ground. If we run late, the penalty is ours, not yours.

THE FEELING

Finished has a feeling. Hold it.

Press and hold. Watch a project climb from groundworks to keys, the way ours do.

That is the feeling. We chase it on every job.

HOW IT RUNS

Four steps. No surprises.

STEP 01

The site walk

Forty-five minutes at your site, on us. You get a straight read on cost and time, whether or not we build it.

STEP 02

The fixed quote

Ten working days later you hold an itemized number and a handover date. Both go in the contract.

STEP 03

The build

One named project lead, weekly photo reports, and a site you can visit unannounced. No silence, ever.

STEP 04

Handover day

Keys, manuals, and a ten-year warranty, on the date in the contract. Then we leave the site cleaner than we found it.

CLIENTS ON THE RECORD

Dates kept, in their words.

They told us the date eighteen months out, then hit it. Our tenants signed leases against that date and none of them waited a day.

Every other bid came with asterisks. OWN came with a number, a date, and a person who answered the phone on Sundays.

STRAIGHT ANSWERS

The questions every owner asks.

What happens when something changes mid-build?

You get the change in writing before it costs anything: what it is, what it costs, what it does to the date. You sign it or it does not happen. The contract price only moves when you move it.

How do you hit dates other builders miss?

We plan the schedule backwards from handover, book the long-lead materials before groundbreaking, and run night shifts when the calendar needs them. The date is engineered, not hoped for.

Who do I actually talk to during the build?

One named project lead, from the site walk to the keys. They pick up. You also get weekly photo reports, so you never have to chase us for the truth about your own building.

Are you insured, and what is the warranty?

Fully licensed and insured for commercial work, with certificates in the contract pack. Every handover includes a ten-year structural warranty and a one-year fix-anything period.
